The special, titled “South Parac Vaccination Special”, revolves around a gang trying to get a vaccine for Cartman and his teacher, Mrs. Nelson. Along the way, the boys are confronted by QAnon conspiracy theorists and detachments.
“You people have the right to say that what you want is okay and believe. But what you believe is really silly,” Cartman tells a QAN member at one point.
In other plot lines, QAnon supporters have a hard time believing the vaccine actually worked, and upset Mr. Gabison, who is returning from his rest, at the grocery store.
The show’s producers Matt Stone and Trey Parker also featured Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and Oprah Winfrey, who are featured as part of a cult “to feed children to maintain elite status”.
The second hour for the special series is one, and follows last year’s pandemic special, which attracted more than 4 million viewers to Comedy Central.
