The sequel features the title character (Emma Stone), who makes a surprise entry into a program thrown by the Baroness (Emma Thompson), a fashion mogul with a mean streak. Stone’s character, along with two of his teammates, Horace and Jasper (Paul Walter Hauser and Joel Fry), has gone into disguise to set off a robbery.
Spinning multiple plates in the scene, director Craig Gillespie shows the creation of the personality Cruella, tracks Horace and Jasper’s improvisational scheme to distract, and poses as dogs and mice (and mice in creative ways Dogs).
